Alex Band Portrait

Well, this is a portrait of Alex Band, one of my fave singers, I did at school when I was 15 (2006) and was required to do a portrait in pencil. The proportion and shading is a bit off. Only recently (2009) did I blur some of the texture using a tissue - a technique I learned from this site: [link] For a long time, this has been the best portrait I've ever done using graphite pencils.
